Dax Shepard's Podcast Is Moving to Amazon

The new chapter for "Armchair Expert" underscores its evolution as a powerhouse in podcasting, now poised to leverage Amazon's extensive platform to broaden its impact and engage with a global audience across multiple mediums.
Padman and Shepard are represented by WME.
The acclaimed podcast "Armchair Expert" - co-hosted by Dax Shepard and Monica Padman - is moving to Amazon's Wondery. The $80 million deal is an exclusive distribution and ad sales deal - and will include new podcast segments, live-streams and merch.
The podcast has garnered a dedicated following since its debut in 2018. Self-proclaimed “uni-files”, Padman and Shepard’s blend of curiosity and banter can be credited for its meteoric rise. Their proclivity to learn from experts every Thursday packaged with exploration of their own psychology has fostered a steadfast community who call themselves “armcherries”.
